Le Associazioni datoriali del manifesto “Pensiamo Basilicata” vogliono offrire un loro originale contributo all’azione di rilancio socio- economico della Regione a seguito di una crisi che sempre più ha perso i caratteri della transitorietà con la conseguenza di dar vita a nuovi assetti, nuovi equilibri e nuove esigenze che impongono nuove strategie e nuovi strumenti. Con questa consapevolezza è cominciato un percorso comune che vuole porre sul tavolo della riflessione politico-istituzionale il punto di vista del mondo della rappresentanza datoriale, che vive quotidianamente le preoccupazioni delle proprie imprese. La carenza di risorse finanziarie, la difficoltà di accesso al credito, il Patto di stabilità mettono a dura prova il sistema economico regionale, rischiando di abbattersi come una scure sui singoli cittadini in termini di servizi offerti e di opportunità di crescita. Occorre una maggiore attenzione nella gestione delle ridotte risorse pubbliche incidendo, in primo luogo, su quella parte di spesa improduttiva. Credito per le imprese, programmazione e spesa regionale, rilancio di settori tradizionalmente strategici per la loro funzione anticiclica e interventi finalizzati all’occupazione sono i temi posti alla base della convocazione degli Stati generali.
